Account deletion

Delete your Taluna Bedtime Magic account

Taluna Bedtime Magic is published by Taluna. This page explains how to request account deletion and what data is deleted or retained.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Taluna Bedtime Magic on your Android device.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Go to Settings, then Account.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm the deletion prompt.

Request deletion by email

  1. Email vosquery@gmail.com from the email address used for your Taluna account when possible.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my Taluna account".
  3. Include the email address connected to your account and confirm that you want the account deleted.
  4. We may ask for additional confirmation if the request cannot be verified from the account email.

Data deleted

When an account deletion request is completed, the account is removed from active use and associated app data is deleted or deactivated in Taluna systems.

  • Account access to Taluna Bedtime Magic
  • Email address used for active sign-in
  • Child profiles and profile preferences
  • Generated stories connected to the account
  • Saved story settings, favorites, and app personalization linked to the account

Data retained

Some records may be retained after account deletion when necessary for legal, billing, security, or operational reasons.

  • Subscription and purchase records handled by Google Play or RevenueCat, retained as required for billing, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
  • Security, diagnostic, and service logs, retained only as needed to protect the service and investigate abuse or reliability issues.
  • Support emails or deletion request correspondence, retained as needed to document and complete the request.
  • De-identified or aggregated analytics that no longer identify a specific user.

Retention period

Account data is normally deleted or deactivated after verification of the request. Backup, security, diagnostic, support, billing, and legal compliance records may be retained for up to 90 days, or longer if a longer period is required by law, active dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, or payment platform requirements.

Subscriptions

Deleting a Taluna account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To cancel billing, open Google Play subscriptions and manage the Taluna subscription there.
