How do I contact support?

How do I manage an App Store subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, then select Taluna if it appears there.

Can I request account or child profile deletion?

Yes. Email support from the account email when possible, and we will help with eligible deletion or privacy requests.

What should I include in a bug report?

Include what happened, what you expected, screenshots if useful, your device model, operating system version, and app version.
